Baked Shrimp 101
I had no idea how good and easy baking shrimp really was… smoked paprika is divine! I will never, ever go back to pan frying shrimp again after learning this easy, foolproof way!
What you need:
Shrimp- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 large uncooked shrimp
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
3 Teaspoon smoked (or unsmoked) paprika
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and coat shrimp thoroughly. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray cookie sheet and cook for 6-8 minutes turning half way. Perfect each and every time!
