Candy Bar Pie

In honor of “Matt Monday” I asked Mr. Stud Biscuit what he wanted highlighted for today and he said…have you done a dessert lately? Well…no I have not! I am not a big sweet tooth so usually it is the last thing on my mind but first on his! This man of mine loves his M&Ms (Peanut to be exact)  so a decision was made pretty easy and what an excellent choice. This is a super fun recipe, easy to make and a treat for any special occasion and a big hit at my football parties!

What you need:

Any graham cracker pie shell, this time I used a chocolate one (Honey Maid brand)

1 package sugar cookie dough (any brand)

1 cup M&Ms

5-7 miniature Reeses Cups cut in half

5 Rolos cut in half (or 4 Twix Bars cut in quarters)

What to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Smoosh the cookie dough evenly into the pie shell

Add all of your candy and push gently into the cookie dough. Create a design if you want but we just kind of place the candy wherever!

Place it on the center rack of the oven ( I put mine on a cookie sheet) and cook for 40-50 minutes until center is firm. Watch it at the 40 minute mark to make sure it doesn’t get too done around the edges. In this particular picture I used the chocolate crust. Matt loved it, I prefer the regular graham cracker crust but again, I am not the sweet tooth in this family. Enjoy!!!!!
